I'm Maya.

French–Lebanese born and raised, I am a first-class People Development Professional, now based in Dubai. I hold a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.

My supreme expertise, professionalism, and passion towards my work are only a few of the traits that have made me touch the professional and personal lives of more than 10,000 people. I have trained, coached, mentored, and assessed both individuals and organizations over the last 20 years of my international presence in the Middle East, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia.

During the 20 years of my career, I was part of the award-winning Emirates Airline service training team and have led the core opening teams responsible in setting up and opening different businesses in the leisure and entertainment sector for worldwide franchises and local organizations.

I continue to strive in my life mission to help individuals and teams–changing their doing by changing their viewing–through a broad variety of development interventions such as facilitating training programs, coaching psychology, keynote speeches, or assessment and development centers.
